Physical Therapist- Hilo, Hawaii

📋 Description

• 13-week travel PT position on the Big Island of Hawaii.
• Diagnose mobility, ROM, gait, balance and safety.
• Develop and implement individualized PT care plans with exercises.
• Wound care and topical interventions as needed.
• Educate clients and families on rehab and safety.
• Document care using a touchpad/tablet EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Hawaii PT license.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
