🎯 Requirements

Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
North Carolina PT license or eligible to obtain one
Willingness to float to multiple Charlotte-area clinics
Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans
Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship
