📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the outpatient PT team to high performance.
• Elevate patient outcomes through evidence-based care.
• Oversee clinic operations: scheduling and patient experience.
• Build referral networks and community partnerships.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based plans when needed.
• Lead and develop clinic leadership and growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Delaware PT license (or eligible)
• Active Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred
• Leadership/mentorship experience preferred
