📋 Description

• Lead the outpatient PT team at Benchmark PT clinic.
• Develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, foster high performance.
• Oversee clinic operations: scheduling, patient experience, care standards.
• Hire, mentor staff; lead clinic growth and patient care.
• Collaborate with referral sources; partner with leadership to meet goals.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.

🎯 Requirements

• DPT or equivalent degree.
• Licensed PT (or eligible) in GA.
• Experience leading PT teams and developing clinicians.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Interest in clinic ownership/partnership preferred.
