🎯 Requirements

• DPT or equivalent Physical Therapy degree.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Passion for developing clinicians and elevating outcomes.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff and physicians.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
