📋 Description

• Lead outpatient PT team and clinic operations
• Direct PT clinic with clinical oversight, scheduling, patient care
• Develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and clinic culture
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans
• Lead onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing development

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Outpatient Orthopedics
• Clinic leadership and team development
• Excellent communication and patient care
• Ability to oversee scheduling and operations
