🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- PTA license or eligible to obtain one (North Carolina)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans
