Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, ROM, strength, balance, safety)
Develop and implement individualized care plans (manual therapy, gait training, balance)
Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings and agents
Continually assess and revise the PT care plan
Educate clients and families to promote health, safety, and independence
Document observations and interventions in the EMR

🎯 Requirements

A current Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Graduation from APTA-approved or CAAHEA-accredited PT program
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
