Perform diagnostic tests including ROM, mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with PT interventions.
Provide wound care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
Assess and revise the PT care plan as client progresses.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Arizona PT license (current)
Graduate from APTA-approved PT program.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to work in home health setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams.
