📋 Description

• Perform mobility and ROM assessments to guide care.
• Develop and implement individualized PT care plans.
• Apply manual therapy, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan.
• Educate clients and families to promote health and independence.

🎯 Requirements

• Active AZ Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate from an APTA- or AMA-accredited program.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
