Perform mobility tests: ROM, gait, balance, strength, safety assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapy and gait training
Apply wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical agents
Continually assess and revise the PT care plan
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for independence
Document observations and interventions using a tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current AZ PT license
Graduate of APTA/CAHEA-accredited PT program (transcript/diploma required)
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
