Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform mobility, ROM, gait, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with exercises and gait training.
• Provide wound care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Continually assess and revise the PT care plan.
• Educate clients and families on rehab activities to promote independence.
• Document observations and interventions on a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program with transcript or diploma.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to educate clients and families on rehab activities.
• Accurate documentation of care using a tablet.
