Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
• Develop and implement care plans including manual therapy, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Apply integumentary wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchscreen EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program (as indicated by transcript or diploma).
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
