Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct PT assessments in facility and home visits.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans.
• Provide active/passive exercise and gait training.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and guide programs.
• Train staff, participants, and caregivers on equipment use.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in physical therapy; master's/doctoral preferred.
• 2 years clinical experience with frail elderly preferred.
• California PT license or eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 180 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification on hire preferred.
