- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

🎯 Requirements
- Active and current PA Physical Therapist license.
- Previous home health experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Calm, reassuring presence with active listening and strong assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
