- Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
- Deliver and document interventions per care plans
- Provide active/passive exercise, gait, ADLs, and modalities
- Supervise Therapy Assistants and implement FMP
- Train staff, participants, and caregivers on equipment use
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; master's/doctorate preferred
- Two years clinical experience with frail or elderly population preferred
- Valid California PT license or license eligibility
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire)
