Document observations and interventions using an electronic tablet.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitation, safety, and independence.

🎯 Requirements

Active PA license to practice as a PT.
Home health experience welcomed; training provided.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Calm, reassuring presence; strong assessment and communication.
