Making visits to clients in their homes
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, ROM, stability, balance, safety)
Develop and implement PT care plans including manual therapy, gait and balance training
Continually assess and revise PT care plans with nursing in the multidisciplinary team
Educate clients and families to promote health, safety and independence
Accurately document care observations and interventions on a touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
