🎯 Requirements

• Licensed or license-eligible in California.
• Strong clinical judgment and coachable mindset.
• Ownership mindset with growth focus.
• Experience with 1:1 care model preferred.
• Full-time, on-site in West Hollywood.
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills.
