📋 Description

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients
• Create individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate patient care
• Participate in mentorship and structured onboarding
• Support patient outcomes and satisfaction in clinic

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Tennessee PT license (or eligible)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Willingness to participate in mentorship and CEU programs
• New grads welcomed
