🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise physical security: access control, visitor mgmt, CCTV (Avigilon/AltaOpen).
- ITSM/ITIL knowledge; PMP or similar certifications.
- Experience managing people, projects, and vendors with on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Strong integrity; ability to handle confidential issues professionally.
- Ability to develop from the beginning; strong initiative.
- Able to adapt to changing risk profiles and Ripple's global presence.
