Physical Security Manager

📋 Description

• Act as primary security contact between employees, internal security teams, and Palantir operations.
• Design, plan, implement controls to safeguard people and customer data.
• Lead, manage, and mentor physical security personnel with clear performance standards.
• Develop a physical security program to meet contract requirements and implement controls.
• Interface with operations, security teams, and vendors to support objectives.
• Manage incident response to physical events to ensure safety and minimize impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in physical security leading programs.
• Degree in Risk Management, Physical Security, Emergency Management; PSP cert preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Experience in high security or technology environments with security and governance needs.
