Physical Security Lead

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day physical security operations across the site, including guard coverage and effectiveness
• Oversee the 24/7 PSOC for continuous monitoring, escalation, and response readiness
• Lead real-time incident response for security breaches, medical events, or facility issues
• Ensure security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms) are fully operational
• Conduct regular site risk assessments and address vulnerabilities proactively
• Ensure SOPs are followed across shifts and updated for evolving risks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years working in physical security, military, or law enforcement environments
• 1–3+ years leading teams or overseeing field operations
• Hands-on incident response experience and staying calm under pressure
• Experience with access control systems, VMS platforms, and incident reporting tools
• A sharp eye for risk; assess spaces and spot potential issues
• Clear, direct communication and enforcing standards
• Required security licensing (e.g., Guard Card) and ability to pass background checks
