🎯 Requirements
- BS with 7+ years or MS with 5+ years in physical design / backend signoff.
- Tapeout experience with floorplanning, place-and-route, CTS, timing and power.
- Deep familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools and flows.
- Strong understanding of how physical design intersects with microarchitecture, RTL, and PPA trade-offs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for customer-facing and cross-functional work.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Tcl, or similar.
