- Develop test plans, configure test benches, set up lab equipment, troubleshoot.
- Perform electro-optic, link-level validation in the lab per industry standards.
🎯 Requirements
- BS in EE/Physics or related; 12+ yrs, or MS with 8+ yrs.
- Experience in data communications; electro-optic link-level testing.
- Familiarity with PCB design and EO circuit testing.
- Hands-on bench test equipment experience for data comm.
- Basic scripting for automation and results analysis.
- PhD is a plus; NRZ/PAM4 signaling; Python/MATLAB.
