🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication; organized and multitask.
- Working knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (Shopify and Zendesk helpful).
- Type 40+ WPM.
- Proficient with MS Office; analytical, detail-oriented, proactive.
