📋 Description

  • Liaise between customers, manufacturers, and marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify).
  • Manage brand interactions across marketplaces via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Represent a primary brand partner and support mutual customers.
  • Identify trends and opportunities; address issues across the company.
  • Respond to consumer questions to improve buyer behavior on Amazon.
  • Guide customers to resolution and manage refunds.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; organized and multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (Shopify and Zendesk helpful).
  • Type 40+ WPM.
  • Proficient with MS Office; analytical, detail-oriented, proactive.
