📋 Description

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision and care.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions with EMR cross-checks.
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and protocols.
• Track collected specimens by initials, date, and collection time.
• Coordinate blood draw scheduling with clinic requirements.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to support patients and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years phlebotomy experience; oncology experience required.
• BS/BA preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of CAP/CLIA standards and healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
