Develop, administer, and improve quality programs and SOPs per CLSI/CLIA/CAP.
Lead root cause investigations for phlebotomy errors; corrective actions; 48h checks.
Manage audits (internal & external); address findings; ensure regulatory compliance with partner labs.
Identify high-risk draws during onboarding to prevent errors.
Maintain monthly Quality Specialist scorecards; review KPIs.
Analyze data, report trends, drive improvements in care and ops.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in QA for mobile phlebotomy/clinical setting.
5+ years hands-on phlebotomy experience.
2+ years supervisory/people management.
Active phlebotomy certification (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT).
Working knowledge of CLSI standards and CLIA/CAP regulations.
Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
