🎯 Requirements

10-12 years IT recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
Direct sourcing and LinkedIn recruiting expertise.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Experience recruiting for data engineering or technical IT roles preferred.
