  • Direct sourcing and LinkedIn recruiting expertise.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Experience recruiting for data engineering or technical IT roles preferred.
