  • Map the PhD and postdoc talent landscape across IMC's technical areas.
  • Track competitive hiring trends and academic community dynamics to stay proactive.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; 4–7 years in university recruiting, talent strategy, or academic programs.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML research ecosystems, labs, conferences, and advisors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build authentic, long-term relationships within academic communities.
  • Experience identifying talent via arXiv, Hugging Face, GitHub, Discord, and Twitter/X.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing programs using data and market insights.
  • Collaborative with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
