📋 Description

• Place outbound patient refill calls and process refill requests.
• Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist or clinician.
• Coordinate med refills and ensure correct days supply.
• Document work across systems and update databases.
• Support process improvements and enhance patient access to meds.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technician (active).
• National certification (CPhT) preferred but not required.
• Willing to obtain required licensure within timeframe.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (required).
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with physicians/nurses or healthcare teams a plus.
