Pharmacy Technician (Refill Calls)

📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
• Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
• Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
• Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry.
• Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered Louisiana Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a pharmacy technician; HS diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
• Outbound and inbound call experience.
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
