Pharmacy Technician Refill Calls

📋 Description

• Provide inbound pharmacy call support and outbound refill calls
• Assist patients through the entire refill process
• Respond to inquiries on prescription coverage and fulfillment
• Support adjudication of electronic claims, resolve errors
• Coordinate with patients, pharmacy, clinicians, and staff

🎯 Requirements

• Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license (state registered).
• Nationally certified (CPhT) strongly preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years in pharmacy technician and claims adjudication
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
