Pharmacy Technician Refill Calls

📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients and staff.
• Conduct outbound patient refill calls and process requests promptly.
• Answer and triage inbound inquiries appropriately.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists and clinicians.
• Coordinate medication refills, including data entry and claims adjudication.
• Ensure proper medication stock and identify special storage requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• State registration as a pharmacy technician; national certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience; 5-8 years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
