📋 Description

• Provide service for inbound pharmacy calls and outbound refill calls.
• Coordinate medication refills, data entry, and claim adjudication.
• Complete patient refill requests and triage inquiries.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist or clinician.
• Identify meds requiring special storage or handling.
• Update data using database apps and maintain records.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT preferred.
• If licensure is needed, commit to obtain it within timeframe.
• 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience and adjudicating claims.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong phone, interpersonal skills; Excel and Word proficiency.
• Remote role: two monitors, reliable internet; overtime as needed.
