📋 Description

• Provide courteous, compassionate assistance to patients, providers, and staff.
• Make outbound patient refill calls and process refill requests promptly.
• Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist or clinician as appropriate.
• Proactively coordinate medication refills and ensure correct days supply.
• Document work across systems and perform data entry in databases.
• Participate in process improvements and collaborate as a value-added partner.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered Pharmacy Technician; national CPhT preferred.
• 1+ year Pharmacy Technician experience; 5-8 years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed with a state board; CPhT nationally certified preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills; quick learner for new programs.
• Excellent organizational skills and accurate data entry.
• Commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy.
