📋 Description

• Conduct routine patient check-ins to monitor therapy and adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• State registered pharmacy technician; National certification (CPhT) preferred.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience required; 5-8 years preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Skills: Interpersonal/phone skills; proficient in Epic, Excel, Word.
• Strong organizational skills; able to learn new programs.
