Conduct routine patient check-ins to monitor therapy and adherence.
Coordinate patient appointments and clinical monitoring schedules.

🎯 Requirements

State-registered pharmacy tech; CPhT preferred but not required.
Licensure in required timeframe if needed.
1+ year pharmacy tech experience; 5-8 years preferred.
Clinic experience with physicians/nurses a plus.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong interpersonal/phone skills; Epic; Excel; Word; organized.
