📋 Description

• Assist pharmacists with patient communication, follow-up, and care coordination
• Enhance access to clinical services and monitoring for patients
• Support medication management and timely follow-up
• Conduct routine patient check-ins to monitor therapy experience

🎯 Requirements

• State registered pharmacy technician; CPhT preferred
• 1+ year experience; 5-8 years preferred in a medical clinic
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Epic; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• Ability to learn other programs quickly; strong organizational skills
