Coordinate documentation to support continuity of care.

🎯 Requirements

State-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT preferred.
1+ year pharmacy tech experience; 5-8 years preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.
Proficiency in Epic; Excel and Word.
Must meet licensure requirements within the agreed timeframe.
