Pharmacy Technician (Hybrid Schedule)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and process medication refills; data entry and adjudication
• Place outbound refill calls; assist patients with refill requests
• Respond to and resolve inbound patient and provider inquiries
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinical staff
• Maintain and update patient and prescription data in software systems
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high-quality service standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years pharmacy tech experience (refills, adjudication, clinical collaboration)
• State-registered Pharmacy Technician with national certification (CPhT) required
• Willingness to obtain LA and TX licenses upon hire (costs covered)
