Pharmacy Technician

📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable patient and staff assistance.
• Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly.
• Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls.
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians.
• Coordinate medication refills and accurate data entry.
• Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered (Arizona) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT required.
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience; HS diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
