- High School Diploma
- 1+ year call center experience providing patient outreach
- Ability to work shifts 8 AM - 7 PM EST with potential evenings/Saturday coverage
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation
- Proficient with call center platforms, EHR, Excel and Google Sheets
- Must have reliable high-speed internet
