Pharmacy Liaison - Bilingual Spanish preferred

📋 Description

• Provide full medication management services to hospital patients.
• Work with hospital clinicians to serve patients face-to-face and by phone.
• Educate patients on hospital services and care improvements.
• Support outpatient retail and specialty prescription needs.
• Grow the specialty pharmacy patient population.
• Ensure adherence with medication regimens and refill coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years as a Pharmacy Technician; 3-5 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of insurance processes including prior authorizations a plus.
