Pharmacy Liaison

📋 Description

• Single point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients.
• Assess needs, coordinate refills, and arrange drug delivery.
• Address insurance/copay issues and monitor adherence.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacist, prescriber, and clinic staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician (required)
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with state license
• CPhT nationally certified preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word; quick learner
