Receive, enter, and process prescriptions per Blink protocols
Initiate requests to prescribers for refills
Place outbound calls and handle inbound calls to resolve issues with patients, doctors, insurers
Document all call information and data discovery according to procedures
Complete order fulfillment, including filling and shipping
Resolve open orders with pharmacists and the Customer Experience team; ensure safety and compliance

🎯 Requirements

Active Missouri Pharmacy Intern license (in good standing, unrestricted)
P1-P4 pharmacy students eligible
Strong command of the English language
Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and compliance
Availability for Saturday 8am-4pm CT and flexible weekday shifts
