- MS Office Suite including Outlook and Teams.
- Must have reliable home internet with at least 25 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up.
- Evergreen provides remote telephony tools and equipment.
- Dedicated space to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
- Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) or similar credential.
- Experience in telephonic or call-center environment.
- Familiarity with chronic disease meds and coverage terminology.
