- Ensure CMS/Medicare compliance in coverage determinations.
π― Requirements
- Associate degree in Pharmacy Technician.
- 1+ years customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Available to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work in a hybrid model with some on-site days.
