  • Receive calls from pharmacies, physicians, and members on CD status.
  • Initiate calls to physicians, pharmacies, and members for additional information.
  • Document CD inquiries, status, and resolution per policy.
  • Support pharmacists in gathering information for exceptions.
  • Ensure CMS/Medicare compliance in coverage determinations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree in Pharmacy Technician.
  • 1+ years customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
  • Available to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Available to work in a hybrid model with some on-site days.
