📋 Description

  • Lead primary consultant on health plan projects; focus on national/regional plans.
  • Manage multi-level client relationships with executives, pharmacy leadership, sales and product teams.
  • Identify client needs and create customized pharmacy strategy solutions to improve affordability.
  • Lead PBM vendor strategies including procurement, contract negotiation, ongoing vendor mgmt.
  • Provide industry insight on cost and trend management opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive PBM/managed care experience (5-7 years).
  • Strong verbal and written communication; client relationship mgmt experience.
  • Ability to develop strategies and implement programs for large Rx and medical benefit programs.
  • Strong clinical and financial analysis; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Pharmacy background with bachelor’s degree; MBA or PharmD/RPh preferred.
  • Business development experience preferred.
