- Lead primary consultant on health plan projects; focus on national/regional plans.
- Manage multi-level client relationships with executives, pharmacy leadership, sales and product teams.
- Identify client needs and create customized pharmacy strategy solutions to improve affordability.
- Lead PBM vendor strategies including procurement, contract negotiation, ongoing vendor mgmt.
- Provide industry insight on cost and trend management opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- Extensive PBM/managed care experience (5-7 years).
- Strong verbal and written communication; client relationship mgmt experience.
- Ability to develop strategies and implement programs for large Rx and medical benefit programs.
- Strong clinical and financial analysis; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Pharmacy background with bachelor’s degree; MBA or PharmD/RPh preferred.
- Business development experience preferred.
