In partnership with pharmacy leadership, ensure daily performance goals.
Answer workflow and pharmacy questions.
Ensure smooth flow of orders within and between processes on shift.
Guide staff pharmacists in best practices and improvement.
Ensure regulatory/licensing compliance and team alignment with Mixlab values.
Support and coordinate with Pharmacy Manager, Leads, and PIC on operating plans.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed certified pharmacist in CA in good standing.
Formal training in non-sterile compounding or equivalent.
2+ years in non-sterile compounding; veterinary experience preferred.
Impeccable attention to detail and high quality standards.
Collaborative, team-oriented, startup-friendly mindset.
